This document outlines how we should all be standardizing child campaign names to ensure consistency and promote easier filtering with SFDC reporting.

 

  • WBN:

    • Invites: WBN Invite # 

      • (Example: [PS] DG_EM 24-04-25 Mental Health and Trauma in the Juvenile System WBN Invite 2)

    • On demand: OD WBN # 

      • (Example: [PS] DG_EM 24-04-25 Mental Health and Trauma in the Juvenile System OD WBN 1)

    • Follow ups:

      • WBN Follow-Up # (most likely used if you’re sending a follow up to ‘all registered’

        • (Example: [PS] DG_EM 24-04-25 Mental Health and Trauma in the Juvenile System WBN Follow-Up 1)

      • WBN Attended #

        • [REL] DG_EM 25-03-12 UKG Leadership Development WBN Attended 2

      • WBN No Show #

        • [PAC] DG_EM 25-03-12 Comp Evals & Assessments WBN No Show 2

          • NOTE: if you're only sending one of any of these, you don't need a number at the end
