New Lead Processing Workflow – Effective Until March 17th

Why This Process?

We are implementing a temporary process to correctly route leads that may be interested in Feedtrail. This applies when a lead selects "Patient Experience" or "Employee Experience" as their Product of Interest in a form submission.

Trigger for Review

  • If a lead chooses "Patient Experience" or "Employee Experience" as their Product of Interest, we need to evaluate whether they are truly interested in Feedtrail or if they were mistakenly routed and should belong to Relias.

Evaluate if the Lead is for Feedtrail or Relias

Please Note
For the first few cases, post in Lead Ops Chat to confirm how to process before proceeding. Continue this until you feel confident processing these leads.

Before processing, verify that the lead is genuinely interested in Feedtrail.

Indicators for Feedtrail:

  • Product of Interest:

    • Patient Experience

    • Employee Experience

Check for signs that may indicate they belong to Relias instead.

Indicators That This May Be a Relias Lead:
❌ The Contact Us message is about something unrelated, like Wound Care, LMS, Compliance Training, or other Relias-specific topics
❌ Other lead details conflict with Feedtrail’s focus areas

If Uncertain: Post in Lead Ops Chat for a quick team review before moving forward.

Enter the Lead in Feedtrail’s HubSpot Instance

If the lead is confirmed as a Feedtrail prospect, submit their information using this form:

✔️ Ensure the correct details are entered

Recycle the Lead in the System

  • After submitting, recycle the lead in the system to remove it from active workflows.

  • No additional follow-up is required unless otherwise directed.
