  • Surveys - Planned in advance. Submitted at beginning of each quarter. Using Main Marketing Request Form

After the asset is complete, who adds the information to the Resource database in Jira and High Spot

  • Content team adds the asset (gated and ungated links) to Jira resource base

  • Requestor is responsible for adding to High Spot, if needed.

 

 

Outstanding Questions:

  • Tickets for derivative assets

    • Should be submitted at the same time as the main asset if it’s already planned as part of campaign strategy

    • Should we reactivate the old Epic and add more tasks to it? or create a new request and link the original to it?
