To help you better understand the different ways to display content in email, we have outlined each module and section, including character counts, recommended content types, and other important guidelines.
Portrait Image With H3 and Body Text
Header: Engaging and descriptive, no more than 60 characters with spaces.
Text: Up to two short paragraphs, maximum 275 characters with spaces.
Image: Resizing is typically unnecessary if a cover image exists for an asset (refer to resource page). Otherwise, the ideal ratio is 17:20. Provide image in PNG or JPG.

Header: Workbook | DSP Well-Being and Appreciation
Text: Because vicarious trauma is so common among social services professionals, effective organizational leaders need to watch for it in their staff.
Landscape Image With H2
Landscape images should be between 450 and 1000px in width. Larger images will be scaled down to fit the email width, which may affect quality. Provide image in PNG or JPG.
Plain Text Footers
Header: Bold and catchy, no more than 55 characters with spaces.
Text: Plain text, preferably a single sentence or two.

Note 1: The CTA text on these footers is fixed and cannot be modified.
Note 2: The colors also correlate to product (the first two green images), webinar (third image), and newsletter (final image) content and should remain as consistent as possible based on the content you’re promoting (e.g., if you’re sending a hard demo email, we will use image 1 or 2; if you’re sending a webinar follow-up, we will use image 3).

Content: Include only the business development representative's (or salesperson's) first and last name and title. Button text should follow typical parameters provided in the style guide.
Additional guidelines: Please only request this section if the individual has an existing, high-quality headshot that is already formatted or can be formatted within email deliverable timelines.
Three-Column Multiproduct Content
This module was designed to communicate that Relias now offers multiple product solutions. The wording on these modules will remain unchanged unless there is a request to create a similar three-column display for a different purpose. In such instances, please refer to the guidelines below.
Line 1: No more than 60 characters with spaces.
Line 2: No more than 75 characters with spaces.
Image Section Headers: No more than 25 characters with spaces.
Image Text: No more than 50 characters with spaces.
Image: Source scalable, high-quality images in PNG only, with a transparent background and consistent dimensions.
