Social Media for Tradeshows

For each tradeshow, one person will be responsible for obtaining images and content for the Relias social team. If a member of the Growth Marketing team is present, they will be appointed. Otherwise, another person will be designated as the social point person. 

Images to obtain: 

  • Relias booth -  

    • At least 2 images, one with and one without people 

    • Close-ups of giveaway items or collateral set up at the booth 

    • Candid photos of the Relias team interacting with tradeshow attendees 

    • Posed group photo of the Relias team in front of the booth 

  • Tradeshow title sign or banner on display 

  • Any other contextual photos  

  • City skyline or a famous landmark 

  • Dinner or fun event 

  • Presenter on stage during a session 

Other social content to obtain: 

  • When attending conference sessions: 

  • Photo of presenter/stage setup 

  • Jot down insights, main takeaways, new learnings from the session 

  • Provide presenter name and credentials If possible 

  • Send notes via teams to Grayden Knoll, photos via email.
