How To: Submit Requests to Engineering

Process for submitting work requests for Engineering. Engineering now uses 2 new JIRA projects: Platform (RPLAT) and Communities (RCOMM). WordPress work falls under RCOMM. 

How to Submit Requests:

• Use the Communities Product Request Intake form: https://relias.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/16

• Select one of the two available options based on your request type.

• For Domain, choose:

  • Relias.com WordPress Requests - Relias.com

  • Nurse Advertise or Nurse Schools - Nurse

  • WCEI Blog - WCEI

• Fill out the details as you would when creating a JIRA ticket.

  • For subject, please start the subject with the domain name (e.g., “Relias.com | Update...”).

Approval and Tracking:

• Once submitted, the request will be reviewed and approved (expected within 24 hours).

• Upon approval, an RCOMM ticket will be created on the WP RCOMM board.
