How To: Create an Email Campaign in JWM

Use the SFDC Parent Campaign Name as both the Request Name & Salesforce Parent Campaign below
The chosen Audience Type will determine where the Requestor’s tasks go. Selecting multiple options will create duplicate tasks for all requestors.
Select Email. This will create the following tasks for Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, and the Requestor

After submitting an email epic, requestor needs to change the name of the email epic campaign to match SFDC parent naming conventions. The due date needs to be in the name

Requestor needs to assign email tasks to their email counterpart
Assigning should be done at the task level, not the epic level. Teams cannot see MKHUB epics on individual team boards.
In the description of the email epic, requestor should add a 2-sentence overview.
Requestor should also make sure all sidebar fields are filled out, including Sales Division, Audience, etc. The required sidebar fields and their descriptions are as follows:
Due date: what is your email send date?
Brand: should usually either be REL, WCEI or Nurse.com
Audience Type: B2B
Vertical
Sub-vertical
Campaign ID: This is for your GTM ID, if applicable, not your SFDC parent Campaign ID
Target Audience (who are we emailing? Please specify the audience and/or exact Pardot list names if you have them) e.g., All PAC Prospects; All Prospects and Customers; PRIMARY: B2B Nurse.com)
Sales Division: if applicable
Salesforce ID - this is a URL to the parent salesforce campaign (e.g., https://relias.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Campaign/701RM00000BdMlZYAV/view )
NOTE: 'Salesforce Campaign’ field is intended for the Child SFDC Campaign name of an email/custom link/form/etc. (e.g., [REL] DG_EM 24-11-06 Impact Change Invite 6)
Requestor should comment on the main Email epic after they have uploaded their email copy, email banner / graphics, and any other necessary materials for the email send.
The Email team will tag the requestor in the main email Epic when the email draft is ready to review.
