Once you have added the necessary information, click Next. If you do not click next, your information will not save, and you’ll have to enter it again.

After you click Next, click 4 Completion Actions in the menu bar at the top.

FOR THE COMPLETION ACTIONS PAGE:

Be sure “Redirect to the following URL instead of showing the form’s Thank You Content” is checked, and enter the final gated URL into the Redirect Location field.

For new content, enter www.relias.com in this section. Email Ops should update the redirect location once the asset page has been created on the website and the requestor has provided us with the final URL.

Set the Completion Actions

There are 4 required completion actions, which will all start as “Set prospect custom field” filters.

  1. Source = Marketing
The source for resource forms will always be Marketing and should be preselected in the template

  2. Source Detail = Type of Asset
Choose the type of asset the resource is in the list. (Research Brief, Report, Toolkit, etc.)

  3. Campaign (Attribution)
Replace TBD with the parent campaign of the asset. If you do not know the parent campaign, reach out to Demand Generation Manager, who requested the asset be created. You can find this in the Airtable ticket.

  4. Default Campaign Assignment ID = Campaign ID of the SFDC you created at the beginning
Replace TBD with the 18-digit campaign ID from your SFDC campaign created in the beginning.

  5. Other items?
Sometimes, you’ll need to add other completion actions to the form, such as setting a tag, sending an autoresponder email, or adjusting the score. These items will be requested from the Demand Generation Manager. In this case, click + Add Action and choose the appropriate item from the drop-down.

Once you have completed filling out the necessary information, click Confirm & Save at the bottom.

If this is a new asset, provide the form link and name of the form with the requestor in the Airtable ticket.

Final Step

DG/CM/PM requestor should let the Email Ops counterpart know once the asset is ready and provide the final resource link in the original form request ticket.

Note: If you are requesting a website gated resource form, the PDF link should be added to the CTA button on the actual webpage (screenshot below), but the Email Ops team needs the gated final URL to add to the Pardot form’s Redirect Location field.

If you are requesting a form for an Instapage gated resource, that’s when you will provide Email Ops with the PDF link.

Example: https://www.relias.com/resource/the-ultimate-guide-to-choosing-the-right-learning-management-platform - this is the final gated URL for this particular e-book. Email Ops needs to append this string ?aliId=0 to the end of the resource link and paste the full link into the “Redirect Location” field of the corresponding form. Confirm with DG/CM/PM once the link is updated and the asset is ready to promote.
