How To: Create a Webinar Campaign in JWM

This article explains how to create a Live Webinar request for the Multimedia Operations team. The request will already include 2 email invitations, an SEO review, and 1 Organic Social Post.

 Instructions

  1. Use the main marketing JWM form here

    1. Use the SFDC Parent Campaign Name as both the Request Name & Salesforce Parent Campaign below

The chosen Audience Type will determine where the Requestor’s tasks go. Selecting multiple options will create duplicate tasks for all requestors.

  1. Select Webinar. This will create the following tasks for Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, and the Requestor.

The webinar type includes tasks for 2 email invitations, SEO review, organic social post, boosted social post, and a PPC link.
