Growth Marketing Campaign Form Field Alignment

This is how the B2B Growth team has agreed to use these fields. Some of these fields impact the Campaign Calendar so it’s important we’re using them the same way. We’ll continue to add to this list as calendar fields are identified.

Do Not Use the Create button on the individual projects. These will not have automations to create a workflow for other teams.

  • Product Line - This field identifies the product / solution your campaign best aligns with. The field is multi-select.

  • Audience - The audience of your campaign. This field is multi-select allowing you to get more specific for Creative, Email, Digital, and other executing teams.

    • Ex: Prospects and Government, Customers and Clinicians, etc.

    • If Demand Generation and Customer Marketing are collaborating on a campaign, both Prospect and Customer audiences need to be selected. If Demand Generation and Partner Marketing are collaborating, both Prospect and Partner audiences need to be selected.

Campaign Calendar Fields

In order for Demand Generation / Customer Marketing / Partner Marketing campaigns to sync to the campaign calendar, the following fields need to be populated:

Required Fields:

  • Due Date: This is the date the campaign activity is live.

  • Brand: Brand needs to equal Relias.

    • If Brand is empty or another Relias property, the campaign activity will not sync to the calendar.

  • Audience: Prospects, Customers, Partners, or combination of the three.

  • Audience Type: Audience Type needs to equal B2B.

    • If Audience Type is empty or B2C, the campaign activity will not sync to the calendar.

  • Vertical: ACU, BCH, PAC, or REL.

    • If REL is chosen, the campaign activity will populate all three vertical calendars.

Note: These fields are also required by your marketing counterparts to ensure they create and/or execute the activities correctly.
