Post-Launch Client Care/App Support Notes

There are some pieces of functionality being released on 9/21 that are not the most ideal user experience right now and we are aware. We have many tickets being worked on as fast-follows that should be released on 9/28. This doc denotes future work, workarounds, and intended functionality that may not seem as obvious.
