(blue star) Review each item on this list before submitting your QA ticket to the Email Opps team. All content, including links to assets or the Get Demo page, should be finalized on the page before QA.

Page Design

  • Was a pre-approved template used? If not and the page has many new design elements, you must submit a Jira ticket for UX review before proceeding. If your changes to an approved template are minor, send a Teams message to Bethany Coats or use the org chart to find someone on her team and ask for a “quick Instapage review”. These are usually completed the same day they are requested.

  • All links (outbound and on-page) are working correctly, opening in a new tab and linking to the correct content.

Relias Brand Guide

Campaign owner is responsible for ensuring their Instapage content and messaging align with the Relias Brand Guide. Below are the Marketing Content sections of the Relias Brand Guide to review:

Adjust for Mobile view.

  • Review the mobile view of the landing page while in Edit mode with the “desktop/mobile” toggle buttons in the upper left of the screen. Every time a change is made to the desktop view, ensure it looks good on mobile. Items can also be hidden on mobile if it is not a good fit.

Conversions and UTM Tracking

Two options for tracking conversions

  • Outbound Link Clicks are going to the correct link/asset.

  • All outbound links should use utm_source=instapage and utm_medium=referral and your 18-digit SFDC campaign ID as your utm_campaign.

Remove any previous UTMs from links

  • External Page Views

  • On-page form submissions refer to the built-in Instapage forms; we use an iframe with a Pardot form.

Integrations

  • From the page settings menu, Select Integrations -> Marketing Tags & Pixels.

  • Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook, and Google Tag Manager should all be connected

  • You can find the FB Pixel and Tag Manager codes here.

    • FB Pixel ID: 2034021560143266

    • Google Tag Manager GTM ID: GTM-K36B89

Search and Social

  • This defaults to hidden from search engines. Leave this selected

  • Update the Page Title with clear and descriptive wording for your campaign.

  • Everything else can be blank.

Publishing the Page

  • Domain settings - Choose custom domain “info.{website}” and the URL directory that appears after the domain is unique, precise, and descriptive, similar to the Page Title. As part of the URL, it cannot contain spaces and should use hyphens instead.

    • URL naming convention - team-vertical-description-

    • ex: http://info.relias.com/dg-pac-compliance-training

    • ex: http://info.relias.com/multi-rel-impact-culture

    • ex: http://info.relias.com/ppc-rel-healthcare-compliance-training

    • ex: http://info.relias.com/cm-pac-managed-services

    • ex: http://info.relias.com/pm-pac-lak

  • Add details for the SFDC campaign name and URL, Pardot form URL, and Instapage URL to this shared document: Instapage Active List.xlsx.

Test the Pardot Form

  • Once the Instapage is live, submit a test form with “test” UTMs

    • Was the test lead added as a campaign member to the proper campaign?

    • Were the UTMs appropriately tracked on the lead record?
