Field Alignment:

This is how the B2B Growth team has agreed to use these fields. These fields will most likely impact the Campaign Calendar so it’s important we’re using them the same way. We’ll continue to add to this list as calendar fields are identified.

  • Due Date – Live date for campaign activity

    • Ex: Email Epic due date is 7/18/2024 means the email should be sent on 7/18/2024

    • Ex: Webinar epic due date is 7/18/2024 means the live webinar happens on 7/18/2024

    • Ex: Social epic due date is 7/10/2024 means the social post for the live webinar happens on 7/10/2024

  • Start / End Date – These should be the same date. They are also not required.

  • Request Name – Use the Salesforce campaign name. If there is no corresponding Salesforce campaign, use the same naming convention, found here.

  • Campaign ID – If campaign is part of GTM, enter GTM ID. If campaign is not part of GTM, enter N/A.

  • Stakeholders – Add marketing stakeholders to improve visibility into future campaign work.
