How To Request a Live Webinar in JWM

This article explains how to create a Live Webinar request for the Events team and what additional tasks are created with this request.

 Instructions

  1. Use the main marketing JWM form here

    1. Use the SFDC Parent Campaign Name as both the Request Name & Salesforce Parent Campaign below

The chosen Audience Type will determine where the Requestor’s tasks go. Selecting multiple options will create duplicate tasks for all requestors.

  1. Select Webinar. This will create the following tasks for Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, and the Requestor.

The webinar type includes tasks for an email invite, email follow up, SEO review, organic social post, and a PPC link.

 

Included Tasks in Webinar:

Each task should include the full name of the Epic for clarityMKOPS

  • 2 email tasks for MKOPS (if additional emails are needed, CLONE these tasks to make additional ones)

    • 1 email invitation

    • 1 follow up email

  • 3 digital marketing tasks for MKDM

    • PPC sitelink, Organic Social Post, SEO Review and Optimization

  • 8 DG team tasks for MKCH

    • All existing ones

  • 3 Stella Tasks for MKOPS

    • all existing ones
