FTP Specs

We currently have no clients using FTP – should this be needed, ask Radicle to review this information before sending it to the rep.  Verify that this is accurate and what is actually needed before we begin. 

We can import many types of flat files. The most important requirement is row and column delimiters.  Most clients send either a CSV or XLSX file. Our preference is a CSV file with row titles in the first row.

The fields we use are below. Required are marked with an *

1. *Title (100char limit)

2. *Description (HTML or large text)

3. Nursing_Specialty (or dept if applicable)

4. Contact_Name (50char limit)

5. Contact_Phone (20char limit)

6. Contact_Fax (20char limit)

7. Contact_Email (100char limit)

8. Apply_URL

9. *City (varchar – 50char limit)

10. *State (50char limit)

11. *Zip (50char limit)

12. Pay_Range (100char limit)

13. FacilityID – if multiple facilities in feed

14. Requisition_Number (this is not 100% required, but highly appreciated, as it makes our (and your) statistics much more accurate)

We accept files of the following types:

1. CSV (comma separated values)

2. XML XLSX (Excel spreadsheet)

3. TXT (as long as there are row and column delimiters)

If you have an RSS feed, we can use that in lieu of an FTP import.
