Mission
The Data, Enablement & Engagement CoE governs a modular and extensible data infrastructure, to drive marketing efficiency, enable the building of a personalized user experience on Nurse.com, and generate a 360 view of each Nurse.com user.
Objectives
“One Nurse”: Implement a customer data platform (CDP) to develop 360 nurse view
Develop custom recommendation algorithms for all content on the site, specifically jobs, courses, and blogs
Become the blueprint for communities, and more broadly all of Relias: “One Nurse” -> “One User”
Build easily consumable management reporting (metrics that matter)
DEE Center of Excellence Steering Committee
The Steering Committee will be responsible for advising the COE leadership team, assisting with prioritization, escalations, and removing barriers.

DEE Center of Excellence Leadership Team
The Leadership Team will align the core team on desired business outcomes for the workstreams pertaining to Nurse.com data architecture, collection and activation. The team’s business impact will be measured by the degree of marketing process automation, the accuracy of its course & job recommendation engine, and the revenue impact that recommendations have.
