* Monday after Kickoff-Thursday before Super Nurse regroup: Anyone who is not needed in small groups can continue work as normal

Monday:

Tuesday & Wednesday:

  • Super Nurse Kickoff Agenda (all Super Nurse):

    • Jenn to give her super awesome context speech (10 minutes) 

    • Alyssa to give a run-down of how Q3 planning will run (10 minutes)  

    • Chris and Ashley to talk about FE expectations (15 minutes) 

    • Surya to discuss BE concerns (5 mins)

    • Lylse and Alyssa to discuss Scrum of Scrums (10 minutes)  (moved to Wed) 

    • Chris, closing thoughts/rally cry (10 minutes)

  • Engineering/Product Kickoff (all Prod/Eng):

  • Epic Owner Discussion:

    • (Leadership group): Discuss PM (rough) finalized Epics/remaining card priority to share with the team during Epic Discovery/Refinement Part 1 from 2:30-4 & confirm BE/FE Epic Owners

    • Lysle walked through the planning board and discussed the Epics that need to be assigned later 

  • Q2 Retro (Individual teams ONLY): 

    • Team to fill out Easy Retro Board before

    • No EM's or Directors

    • This session will be me, Raymond, Bri, Janaky, Katie & the Devs/Testers for both Blue Dot & Krypton together

    • I'll take feedback to the leadership team to discuss if there's anything for them specifically

  • Epic Discovery/Refinement Part: 

    • Lysle walked through the plan from 11:30-12 meeting and we assigned BE/FE owners to all Epics - team will work on discovery/refinement tomorrow 

    • Teams start on refinement after that (split into Blue Dot & Krypton teams)

    • Did not include UX today - they’ll be in the others Wed/Thur now that the Epic owners have been confirmed

Thursday:

Friday:

  • Epic Owners (BE/FE), PM & UX Dependencies Sync Parts 3: 

  • Combine BE/FE Boards on Dependencies

    • DM, EM, PM & Epic Owners map dependencies between BE & FE boards based on previous syncs

  • Super Nurse Sprint 12 Review (all Super Nurse):

    • Team to determine tickets ahead of time

    • Add notes to

    • Make sure Product can join

    • Don’t forget to record

  • Q3 Sprint Plans (rough draft):

    • PM to plan Sprints (Epic order) based on Refinement, dependency & priority discussions

    • WILL ADD SECTION TO MIRO BOARDS

  • Blue Dot & Krypton Sprint Planning:

    • Teams to plan Sprint based on PM prioritization from 10:30-11 meeting

  • Leadership to complete combined Miro Board:

    • Leadership to complete internal Miro board with specific team plans & shared Miro board for Readout tomorrow

  • Review final Miro Board & Readout plan:

    • Final Readout with entire Super Nurse group

  • 9:15-10: Data & Analytics Readout

  • We decided not to have team Retros this morning because we spent so much time together during the week
