Communities Onboarding Process

Evergreen Partner/Influencer

·       The decision to compensate partners through the Meltwater or Relias invoicing is up to the discretion of the Communities Team.

·       All correspondence occurs via email.

·       Partner/Influencer is submitted to Logic Gate, set category as Independent contractor influencer/ambassador.

o   Upload un-signed Influencer Agreement and SOW for Relias teams to reference as relevant legal documents.

o   If influencer is conducting the work, but payment is being sent to the influencer's agency (ex – Katie Duke & Creator Collective) then the agency needs to sign the ‘Influencer Representation Agreement’. Update relevant red fields in the document and then upload un-signed to LogicGate.

o   Upon LogicGate approval, legal will share a signed copy of all documents for you to give to the influencer for counter signature.

·       Contractor sends invoices directly to the AP team and is paid in the normal pay run schedule.

·       Tax documents distributed by Relias at the end of year

Influencer – Meltwater

·         The decision to compensate partners through the Meltwater or Relias invoicing is up to the discretion of the Communities Team.

·         Send influencer contract via Hello Sign within the Meltwater platform. NDA can be sent for signature, but it is not required. Send signed document(s) to the contracts@relias.com email.

·         SOW is outlined within the campaign in Meltwater, by joining the campaign the influencer informally accepts the terms of the SOW.

·         Upon the completion of the items in the SOW, the relationship is concluded. We can reach back out to that influencer to do another campaign with them, but that is up to our discretion.

·         Influencers are paid via Tipalti (Meltwater owned payment entity) at the end of the month with funds that are pre-uploaded to the Relias Tipalti account.

·         Tax documents distributed by Meltwater at the end of year

Agency

·         All correspondence occurs with the agency via email, we do not directly correspond with the influencers.

·         inBeat project SOW is submitted to Logic Gate for approval, finance record, and Ross’ signature.

o   Estimated length of contract: <1 Year

o   Open Ended Arrangement: No

·         Upon signing the agreement, inBeat selects influencers to partner with for the specific campaign, the influencers sign the inBeat contract.

·         InBeat collaborates with influencers to curate content and finalize deliverables.

·         http://Nurse.com pays inBeat for their work via invoicing, and upon completion of the deliverables inBeat pays the influencers at their discretion.  

·         Relias distributes tax documents to inBeat at the end of the year. InBeat distributes tax documents to influencers at the end of the year.

Ambassadors

·         Ambassadors are identified through multiple channels: http://nurse.com app, personal referrals, and influencers we like from campaigns we’ve worked with them on.

·         Initial correspondence occurs via email or chat function inside the app.

·         Once an interested party is vetted, they are invited to the Tier I Evergreen Campaign in the Meltwater platform.

·         Send ambassador contract via Hello Sign within the Meltwater platform. The signed contract is shared to the contracts@relias.com email.

·         SOW is outlined within the campaign in Meltwater, by joining the campaign the ambassador accepts the terms of the SOW.

·         Ambassadors are paid via Tipalti (Meltwater owned payment entity) at the end of the month with funds that are pre-uploaded to the Relias Tipalti account.

·         Tax documents distributed by Meltwater at the end of year
