EEO Budgeting and Monitoring

EEO TND CAMPAIGN - BUDGETING AND MOITORING

AdRoll does not have the functionality to create a rule to turn off a campaign automatically therefore EEO campaigns must be frequently monitored to manually turn off once it has reached the required impressions (depended on EEO level)

Required EEO impression based on level:

a.        Bronze – 5,000

b.        Silver – 15,000

c.        Gold – 35,000

d.        Platinum – 100,000

Budgeting:

Following the same instructions for creating a non-EEO campaign, after the naming the campaign step is the Campaign Budget.

Campaign Budget – the budget is located on the Air Table record as well. The field name in Air Table is: $ BUDGET.

·        All EEO TND campaigns can be started at $2.50 per day.

·        If the ad seems to be "dragging" and not showing many impressions after 3 days, slightly increase the daily budget.

·        After a few days, the ad is still struggling, slightly increase the daily budget.  If it results in the ad "running fast", you can always change it back.

·        Many EEO campaigns can reach their required impressions before the end of 2 weeks.

Monitoring:

From the AdRoll home page inside the AD CAMPAIGNS box click on the VIEW CAMPAIGNS button on the right side of the box

Set the date range you would like to view the stats for

Using the CAMPAIGNS search filter to locate the campaign. Once located, click on the name of the campaign. The stats for the campaign will appear below.

If you need to adjust the budget because the impressions are not “moving”, you can click on the campaign name.

Next click on the blue EDIT button at the top right of the page. Once the page loads, increase the CAMPAIGN BUDGET no more than $1.00. Be sure to save your edit at the bottom of the page.

Another option for reaching required impressions:

Optimization Strategy – This is defaulted to conversions. Use the drop down menu and select CLICKS.

·        If the campaign is close to ending (2 weeks), rather than increasing the budget, you can optimize for IMPRESSIONS

·        This should be done only as a last resort to try and reach the required impressions.

Be sure to save your edit at the bottom of the page.
