Need to update outdated or non-existent images on Relias Academy productId pages on BCC? No worries, it’s only a little bit complicated…
First, you will need to request access through helpdesk@relias.com
Ask for access to add image files to the following location on the Preview Server:
Ecommerce/Images/
Then you’ll need to map a network drive to the Preview Server, you can find these steps and documentation here: Adding Images for Academy via the Preview Server Information.docx.

Resizing the image:
Open the photo in your default Windows photo editor
Crop to be 4:3 aspect ratio
Open Adobe Express to adjust the image to the correct pixel size. Otherwise this image will be far too large and won’t align with other products on the site.

Width: 350
Height: 263 (sometimes this will be a pixel or two off, no worries!)
