Nurse.com - Setting up Free Course - CE Admin

1. Go to CE Admin > Retail Admin > Discounted CEs 

2. Click on Add Discount Button

3. Pick the course from the drop down menu. Start typing the name and it will begin to populate for you.

   1. Double check the course number. Some courses have the same name and different course numbers.

   2. Make sure you select the course that is in the air table submission.

4. Fill in the Tag Line in the format, “FREE of charge courtesy of Nurse.com”.   

5. Enter the start and end date on the free offer. 

   1. On the end date, enter the day AFTER the last day the course is supposed to be free. 

      1. If the EEO ends of 8/28, the end date would be 8/29 so the users will still be able to take the course for free for all of 8/28 up to midnight.  

6. Discount Price = 0.   

7. Type = Sponsored.  This is the default value

8. Website = Nurse.com Retail

9. Check the CE Section Box

10. Enter Sponsor’s Text in the format, “This course is FREE of charge courtesy of Nurse.com until March 30, 2023.”  

    1. Update the end date in the text to match the end date in the air table submission record

11. Survey HTML

    1. Click the Source button and insert this text string. This pulls in and centers the Nurse.com logo and links it to the Free CE page on the website.

13. Sponsor Logo

    1. Download the logo from to the airtable record 

    2. Click on Choose File and find the logo file on your computer 

    3. Must be a jpg or gif that is at least 300 pixels wide, and you will want the name to be unique and easily identified.  It does not have to be exact but it shouldn’t be off by more than 20 pixels.

    4. The sponsor logo file name should not be long or contain special characters; this tends to cause an error during the upload.  

    5. Click on Upload Image after you find it on your computer.

15. User Name and Password is left blank
