This is available through Windows 10 Professional and is native.
After you upgrade, it will automatically be enabled. If not, you can enable it in "Turn Windows features on or off".
If you have VMWare installed already, you will need to disable the VMWare related services and reboot. Alternatively, you can uninstall VMWare, but you may want to keep it until you transition all of your VMs to this setup.
Open Hyper-V Manager by clicking Start and typing "hyper".
