Locate the Air Table Record for the campaign which you are uploading the list for.

On the record, locate the audience fields:

·        Count

·        State

·        Specialty

·        Edu/Position

Next open the Power BI TND quoting tool and set your filters based on these 3 criteria in the Air Table record for State, Specialty, Position or Education.

Once you have entered the criteria, the Count in Power BI should be slightly larger than what is in Air Table. This is because AdOps rounds the count down when sending the quote to the sales team.

Now you can export the list out of Power BI.

Open the downloaded spreadsheet:

·        All columns can be deleted except for the EMAIL column.

·        Scroll to the bottom of the spreadsheet and delete the row containing the “Applied Filters”.

·        Now save the file as a .CSV file and name the file the same as the Air Table naming convention.

Open Adroll.

On the left rail at the top, click WEBSITE under Audience

...

On the next page, at the top right click on blue NEW AUDIENCE button

The next page, use the drop down menu on the URL VISITED button and click on CRM

...

The page will reload and here you will be able to add your saved CSV file and give the audience a name. Again, use the same Air Table naming convention for the audience name.

...

Once the file has been added and audience has been named, click the blue CREATE AUDIENCE button at the top right. The page will reload and you are all set with uploading the audience.

Now its on to creating the TND campaign.

*** We try to upload TND lists into AdRoll at least 10 days prior to the scheduled campaign launch date. Lists sizes that are 20k or more, we try to upload a little sooner because lists take roughly between 6 to 10 days to match.

A list that is ready to use will have a status of green dot and Ready to Use.

A list that is not ready will have a status of a blue dot and Waiting for matches.

...

You can find lists status’ on the left rail at the top, click WEBSITE under Audience

On the top of the page, select CONNECTED AUDIENCES

...

Then using the search box on the right hand side enter the naming convention used to find your list.
