PRIOR TO START DATE

  • Email IT team (helpdesk@relias.com) with information RE: IT equipment and distribution lists needed
    - IT Equipment is generally requested by the recruitment team after acceptance of offer
    - Distribution lists to request new hire be added to:
    - Marketing
    - B2C Marketing
    - Other Distro lists as appropriate for new hire role
  • Create a Business Systems ISR (or email ISR@relias.com) with the system access needed or provide a co-worker’s name whose access to mirror.
    - Basic software needed for all new hires:
    - Airtable
    - Confluence
    - Miro
    - Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Send new hire a personalized email welcoming them to the team 3-5 days prior to start date

FIRST WEEK OF WORK - CORPORATE BOOT CAMP

  • Be aware that CBC programming runs for a full week.
  • You will take your new hire out to lunch on the Tuesday of their CBC week. New hires need to be met at the training room by their manager at 12:00pm. New hires that are people managers must be back to the office by 1:30pm. New hires that are not people managers are released to their manager after lunch.
  • Friday of CBC week, all new hires are released to their managers at 1:15pm. Continue onboarding with New Hire
  • Schedule/confirm your functional area training following CBC
  • Partner with your new hire to complete their 30/60/90Day Plan
    • Manager will submit 30/60/90DayPlan to talent@relias.com within 2 weeks of new hire start
    • For Director and above new hire: discuss MBO and manager will submit to hr@relias.com

AFTER CBC

  • Facilitate introductions to key groups/individuals/team members
  • Assign a buddy, if possible
  • Support new hire during relevant functional area training
  • Forward calendar invites for team/departmental meetings they should attend
  • Forward calendar invites for monthly All Hands meetings and Manager Monthly Meetings, if they are a people manager
  • Schedule 1:1 meetings
  • Ask for their preferred method of receiving feedback/recognition
  • Check-in/monitor progress on their30/60/90DayPlan
  • No labels
