  1. Requestor submits Marketing Campaign here: https://relias.atlassian.net/jira/core/projects/MKHUB/forms/form/direct/2/14809

  2. Requestor reviews Tasks created and enters the information teams will need to work on the task.

  3. Requestor cancels any tasks that are not needed

  4. Requestor assigns Tasks to the person responsible for completing work, changes the status to “To-Do”, and @ tags the person responsible in the comments section

JWM Marketing Calendars

In order for your campaigns to show on calendars the follow fields must be populated accordingly:

  • Brand = Relias

  • Due date (launch date of campaign/initiative) is selected
