Sort the courses by date to find an upcoming EEO that needs to be scheduled.   

Click on the record to expand it and see details.

Before making the EEO free, confirm that you have all required assets: 

1. client name spelled out

2. type of sponsorship

3. start and end dates

4. length of agreement

5. course name and code

6. sponsor URL

7. sponsor logo (if applicable)

8. survey questions (if applicable)
