Relias Academy Implementation:

Should add the site in the Approved Domains in Ada.

Once the site is added in approved domain, the chatbot button will show up:

The requirement is to have Ada show up inside Pendo. So, we need to hide button, below is the code to handle this:

One other requirement for Ada, that needs code change from Engineering side is set meta variables.

Understand Ada Portal:

First, we need to get Ada space created for this specific site. Below is how the portal looks like. And Dev’s need to request access for this site.

Client Care Operations (Lacey) manages most of the operations inside Ada. But it’s good to have a solid understanding of how Ada works, Answer flows, variables and API integrations.

Build → Answers (Primary focus) Generally they create a new space copying for other existing space. For Relias Academy, they copied from Nurse. So there will be some references of other sites due to that.
