Adding Webinars to Relias.com

Below are instructions on how to add a webinar to Relias.com. You may also view a video walkthrough of the process.

Instructions:

  • Navigate to Relias.com > webinars

  • Make edits within the admin panel

    • In webinar box you can add new webinars

      • Enter info and url that is provided

    • You can also remove webinars

  • On-demand webinars are populated automatically

    • Navigate to Resource > Add New Item

      • Under Resource Categories > Type (located within the right side panel) choose webinar

      • Copy description from landing page, paste it in the description field

      • Enter presenter

        • If presenter is not listed, must create a user for them

          • Add new user >

            • First initial, last name

            • Add fake email address (ex: jdoe@test.com)

            • Full name

            • Role: subscriber

            • Add profile picture (200px x 200px)

              • Alt text: name

            • Add professional suffix, title, and company

              • Will need to go back into user account to add these

      • Add title

      • Adjust permalink to be save title just with dashes

      • Save as Draft (don't publish yet)

      • Thank You Page

        • Get this information from Wistia link (provided in the task)

        • Click embed

        • Click oEmbed url

        • Copy url and paste into thank you page

        • Enter slides if we have them

      • Save as Draft (Do not publish)

      • Options

        • This is where we put our form id (from gravity forms)

        • Will need form handler (typically provided in the task)

        • Search for form in salesforce Pardot

          • Go to form handler page

        • Go to forms in new tab

          • Find 01 Template Resource Pardot Form and duplicate it

          • Activate it

          • Edit it

          • Rename it the same as the form handler from Pardot

          • Click on update

          • Add endput url (from pardot) to the confirmation url (in admin)

          • Set up submission tracking

            • Add New

            • Event category: Lead

            • Event action: Form submitted

            • Event label: 1249

            • Click on update settings

            • Copy the form id (orange box in top)

          • Copy form id into gravity form id under options (wp dashboard)

      • Copy url of page and copy into success location in pardot and add "?aliId=0"

        • Tell template to show the thank you content and give access to the webinar

        • Click save

          • Can test by adding parameter to the url and will show the thank you page

      • Create a test submission to ensure it's working correctly

        • Delete you test from prospects list

  • Copy link and comment and paste DRAFT link in the ticket for Bryan McKeon (SEO) to review

  • Once reviewed and approved, then you may publish and it will appear as the first link on the webinars page

  • Add to Relias Website Resources google spreadsheet

    • Add un-gated url , title, date, topics, sales funnel, gated link, video link, salesforce campaign link, name of the form handler, form handler link, and id
