This will review steps for routing requests and completion of survey requests that are received by the AdOps Team for both internal and 3rd party recruitment needs.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Survey Requests

  1. When a survey request is received, include the Market Intelligence Team (MIT) (Lance Kruse)

  2. Enter the request in Air Table for tracking

  3. Adops works with the MIT (Lance Kruse) to determine development timeline

    1. Timeline example:

      1. 3-4 weeks prior to deployment - survey development

      2. 2 weeks prior to deployment - testing and approvals of survey

      3. 1 week prior to deployment - MIT provides the approved link to AdOps

  4. Any revisions come through the AdOps inbox (make sure the MIT Team is included (Lance Kruse))

  5. Once the survey build is final, the link is provided to the creative team to proof and test the email

  1. AdOps Creative Team adds the personalization string to include the SFID

  2. Once the email deploys, the AdOps Team takes those unique SFID #s and cross references that with the database to identify the records, obtaining the email address.
