We will support Relias' revenue growth objectives by:
Growing education utilization through frictionless, mobile-first shopping and learning experiences
Supporting the establishment of a world-class nurse talent acquisition vehicle by engaging nurses with digital tools that serve them as they move through every stage of their career, and that help them advance their nursing practice with confidence and competence.
We will establish a scalable technology foundation that efficiently leverages Relias solutions wherever possible, in partnership with Engineering.
Nurse COE Steering Committee
The Steering Committee will be responsible for advising the COE leadership team, assisting with prioritization, escalations, and removing barriers.

Nurse COE Leadership Team
The Nurse.com COE Leadership Team will align the core team on desired business outcomes for the Nurse.com website development workstreams. Accountability for revenue performance and product launch will lie with PM, with each team held responsible for delivery of their supporting roadmap initiatives and projects.
