N = nurse
S = Super User (super.user@relias.com) Needed to test some tickets.
R = Recruiter
RO = Recruiter & Org Admin
NR = ?
S = Super User (super.user@relias.com) can do pretty much anything. They can act as a recruiter or an org admin. They add new orgs and org admins. (Org admin and recruiters can only act within their org.)
